Returns
If you're unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason we will be glad to return it for a full refund within 7 days after confirming that the package has been delivered. We will also be glad to exchange your item within 10 days. We will assist you with the return shipping process and once the item has been returned and inspected we will contact you via phone or email and inform you whether a refund is warranted. We do NOT refund any CUSTOM ORDERS as they are SPECIFIC and VERIFIED before purchase.

Do You Provide International Delivery?
- Yes, we provide international delivery, for an additional fee that may be charged separate from your order. Depending on the destination, there may be some restrictions on whether or not we can deliver there, but you will be notified should this problem occur.
What are your Delivery Options?
- We currently provide standard shipping (3-5 business days) but in some cases (such as a large order) shipping times may vary. If you would like express shipping there is an extra fee paid that needs to be paid for outside of your order. Orders usually ship 1-2 days after payment is received in full.
How do I Track my Order?
- Depending on the carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS, etc.) you will be given a tracking number and a link to their respective website so you can track your shipment once the order has been sent out for delivery.
